good service and decent food

Although some reviewers seem to be put off by its more modern interior decor, I don't think it affects the quality of the food or service at all. Its Capellettacci with ragu is awesome. All the cooked food are served from a hot pan, which is fun. I couldn't take in any more desert, But I am sure... read more

We have been there on a very hot day in July. The place is stylish, but unfortunately very loud to eat (avoid it for "candle light dinner outings", since you don't understand what the other one says). A bit "American style". The food, especially the traditional Parma ham and cheese (we are after all in Emilia Romana), sausage, lasagna -... More

Very pleasant and reasonably priced restaurant with a comprehensive menu. We ate here a number of times and every time the food was good, the service was excellent and the bill reasonable.

A great place filled with locals and tourists alike. Always busy despite its large size. Great selection of hams and cheeses and all dishes served with a smile. Not fine dining- just good honest food.

An excellent find. Local fare freshly cooked. Good wines, fresh salads and a marvelous choice of food. We loved it. It is not haute cuisine but wholesome food, reasonably priced and pleasantly presented and served. Our Asparagus Risotto was delicious, our salad interesting and our puddings delicious. I loved the strawberry cream Chantilly which just melted in the mouth. Our... More

Ate here on the recommendation of our b and b. It was a very memorable meal. Friday night was very busy but staff were very helpful and the menu was excellent. Had the cold meats - cut very thin - the parma ham was mouthwatering. I had the gnocchi de melanzane which was so light with a wonderful tomato sauce... More

Great location, just few meters far away from the Cathedral and the Castle. Accurate food, both territorial and from the region. Reasonable prices, considering that eating in Ferrara is a bit expensive in my opinion.
