Rustic setting ancient building

Typical Farrarese foods and nice house wines. I had the local capellacci or pumpkin stuffed tortellini and ragu sauce which was divine. There's a homely welcome to this little gem. However, try to get the Italian menu rather than English if you want to see the day's specials. We had delicious courgette flowers- and we were told (correctly) that 2 portions would be enough for four as a starter. Pasta was good, and lamb cutlets were deliciously grilled. Food is good and... This restaurant is located in a nice street in the older part of the town.Excellent cappellacci di zucca!Salamina da sugo was delicious too! The dolci-tiramisu and panna cotta was the perfect end to our dinner!!

Situated in the older part of town, this is a stunning little restaurant. Being a Trattoria, it's slightly more up-market than the Osterias around. It has a lovely atmosphere and is very much a family-run business. Stunning food, too.

My wife and I were very pleased with the food and the service. We sat outside on an April afternoon and so cannot comment on interior. The pasta was delicious, but what I will always remember was the panna cotta. I am a dessert lover, and their version was so creamy, smooth, and delicious that my mouth is literally watering... I arrived at approx....20:30hrs and was shown to seating for 2 ......phew!! I'm aware that this place is popular, I was lucky. It filled out as the evening went on. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I was in good company, the service was good, also the food. I was not at all disappointed with what was served to us (really... More

We went for lunch and were there just after midday, we got one of the three tables outside. The sun was shining and the food was fantastic and with good value for money. We realized we were lucky with the seating after at least 50 people were turned away as the restaurant was full. So go for lunch early to... More
