We booked in a group of 8 for Sunday lunch on the recommendation of the landlord of our holiday apartment. On arrival on the Saturday we thought we should check the reservation and got such a wonderful reception that we decided to have lunch there that day. Both times, the food and service were excellent. It is difficult to find,... More

try to sit in the second room, the tables in the first room are very narrow. We liked the place. we made our choice a la carte and found it was god, some of it very good, some traditional Ferrara plates like capelletti alla zucca (with mandorle), a very nice dessert-mix. The red wine by the glass (Grigio da San... More

We were surprised to find this hideaway - the location leaves a bit to be desired, though it is relatively central and certainly safe - live up to it's name. The food was absolutely fantastic. The ambience was okay; the service terrific, friendly and thoughtful. We loved it and returned two days later.

We had a romantic dinner here I suggest either raw fish with Bellavista Spumante or (on a completely different mood) capesante and then some tendere meat with red wine (not too strong). It is better to reserve.

Unprepossessing exterior; interior two small rooms simply decorated, jazz music. Cooking described as Italian/Asian fusion: we had sashimi, foil GRAS, prawn risotto, beef fillet and a potato gratin with local salami. Inventive and delicious use of fresh ingredients with friendly unobtrusive service. Highly recommended.

We dined at Fantastico Giovedi on a Saturday evening. We had a reservation, thank goodness, because the place was packed! The food is Italian with a bit of an Asian twist. For example, we shared a shrimp risotto with curry. It was so very good. The main courses were excellent as well. I had steak that was cooked in a... More

We had difficulty finding this tiny restaurant and although they were very booked they found us a table and we enjoyed one of our best meals in Italy ever. The food was of exceptional quality. Perfect sashimi with an oyster and Crespoline with riccotta and spinach coverd with shaved truffles. Scampi and calamari so light and delicious. Exciting desserts. We... More
