What a pleasure

We first tried it in August on our way back to France. Now that the Summer holiday are over we decided to stop by on our way to Venice. We were offered some very nice Prosseco wine upon arrival. For sure the best place for those who like fish dishes- pasta and not only pasta! The food always fresh and tasty, the choice of vine is fantastic, the staff and the owners are the qualified persons who like to do their work and do all their best to make your stay in the restaurant fantastic! The atmosphere here is... More

Ok... I know evaluation are totally personal. Having a house next to Diano Marina for now 20 years, I know Diano's restaurant and have to say that when you found a few you love, why checking others? well we did this year and stopped at this restaurant because it had the Trip advisor stickers of excellences. But far from... really... More

5 years ago, we went to Osteria Vico del Rame, and we where very pleased. Our expectations were high as we went to the restaurant this time, but we got a bit disappointed. The level was not as high as last time or as we remembered it. The food was okay, not fantastic, the serving fine but the prices were... More

I ate there just once and I won't be back because having dinner there was worse than eating at my grandmother's house! The food was not well cooked and not very good, so too expensive for a service like that!!

We had a very nice dinner just few days ago. The restaurant is located in the center of Diano Marina town, on the main street. The place was small but very nice and warm, and the people working there were very pleasant and professional. The food was good. We had a very good and large plate of linguine with seafood.... More

We ate here looking forward to the seafood, but to be honest it wasn't that great. We had fish for both courses and some of it was a little over cooked, although very well presented. We spent over 100 Euros including wine and I think at that price it did fall a little short of what you would expect, however... More

Great food, great ingrediënts. Real Italian atmosphere. Nice outside terrace. Friendly staff. The wines are good and not expensive but the food is overpriced for an Osteria. It is obviously a place where locals eat so one can be sure that the quality is OK.

I'm not a fish lover but my wife is. To placate her I decided to try the fish (Sea Bream) and really enjoyed it. The spuds were a bit cold but I still won't let that get in the way of a good review. Service was excellent, very friendly staff and meal was reasonably priced. Give it a go if... More

We had dinner in this place every single time we get to Diano Marina, and the suggestion is to get the fresh fish of the day. Also all the other courses are very good but the freshly fished fish is the best. The waiters are simply shy but the service is excellent.
