Simple, yet amazingly executed food. Beautiful, intimate decor. Wine list to die for! It's pricey, but probably the best special occasion spot in the Alto Adige.

Nothing I can say would be as artful and delicious as the food, and no service I can render in the attempt would be as flawlessly executed as the attention I received in this restaurant -- a mere word that itself doesn't seem a grand enough descriptor for the overall experience. A Michelin star that shines so brightly is all... More

All the team in the restaurant is wonderful and well educated. The dishes are very well prepared, served and decorated. The quality is impressive. The sommelier is young but very professional, doing their recommendations under your price guidelines. Recommended

very good food and excellent wines, liked very much the bio wines, and South tyrol wines that was offered. But what a selection they have all the best wines in the world, I was just missing a pineau de charente.

The food in this restaurant is fantastic, the attention to detail of the chef and the waiters is second to none. But the reason why i went back to this place and i will go back again is the ambience and the wine cellar. You dine in a sort of a wood cave where every table and guests has his... More

A group of 8 we had a private room and, with a day's warning, the 3 vegetarians in our party had plenty of choice. As you expect from a restaurant of this quality the food was all excellent and delicious, the highlight being the truffle risotto. The choice of wines slightly eclectic but interesting and the staff friendly and helpful.... More

If you are looking for a romantic dinner in very cosy setting, La Stua de Michil is a great choice. Complimentary glass of champagne as a welcome drink was a nice way to start. Dishes were all at 1 michelin-star level for reasonable prices. If you are looking for ultimate foodie experience, I recommend St. Hubertus (I have written a... More

We visited La Stua de Michil during one of our trips in the beautiful Italian Dolomites. The Restaurant is located within the luxurious hotel La Perla in Corvara di Alta Badia, a famous winter resort for ski and not only... Though Corvara is very busy and full of tourists also during the summer time, by the time you arrive in... More
