We loved everything. The first time we went was the Sunday of Carnevale week and all the staff were dressed in ridiculous outfits, there was an extremely entertaining group playing a mix of Italian pop and pop songs sung in Italian and at the table next to us a bonkers Italian family singing and dancing along with great gusto. When... More

With one of the best views of the whole area, this Refugio is worth the deviation from the Sella Ronda tour. BBQ on the terrace, nice bar area, and last but not at all least, very clean and new restrooms!

Great location, beautiful view, excellent food (spaghetti garlic/oil), friendly staff; nice wine selection; with bad weather conditions the place is too popular; quite hard for the staff to control reservations and give their guests the service they normally get.

The best carbonara i had in italy. I tried at least 6 more in places in several cities (corvara, venice, rome, florence) the ribs were awesome aswell but the pasta blew me away. A definite must in corvara.

If you are with a big group you should book a table for lunch with a couple of days notice during high season. They don't offer a large selection of dishes, but having tasted everything in the menu, I can say that what they do they do it right. The Carbonara and the ribs are my favorites. Service is very... Been there during many ski seasons and the carbonara keeps bringing me back. Best part is that you can stay dining, drinking and enjoying the place all afternoon and ski down to Corvara directly.

This place is invariably bustling so it's always a good idea to book. Some customers were rather unceremoniously turfed off our reserved table to make way for the arrival of our party. It is famous for its Ribs which we went for this time & they are pretty good ,the spicy fries that accompany them especially so. Service was prompt... More

We were there last saturday on a skiing tour, stopped by for a glass of vine, then decides to have lunch there, as the spare ribs looked gorgeous and were not disappointed at all. Terrific atmosfere, good service and delicious food!

We were recommended to try this restaurant by a local, although it is extremely busy & difficult to get staff's attention to book - never mind actually getting a table! However, on a day that was not great for skiing due to snow & poor visibility we made our way up to the Punta Trieste for some lunch & it... More

Went here 5 years ago and raved about experience to friends and when back this past year (2013) we were rewarded with the same experience - awesome pasta after a long morning of intense skiing. We sat at the bar and ordered the pasta aglia olio for two. After about 5 minutes a steaming hot skillet of pasta comes flying... More
