Lovely friendly family restaurant with great simple food

Piccadilly Mare was so good we ate there 4 of the 5 nights we were there. It serves great, simple, homemade Italian food which was just perfect for us. The service is incredibly friendly, Mattia rushing around all over the place flitting from Italian to English to German and back again. Papa cooks... read more

We came here after reading so many good reviews. Left feeling disappointed though. Upon arrival it was very busy, they are limited seats so we where lucky to push in on a table. Very outdated needs a touch up. We ordered the garlic bruschetta for starters which came out burnt, for main we went for the filet and T-bone steak... More

Have eaten at this restaurant for the past two nights. We came across it quite by accident, but it's probably one of the best restaurants we have found in Italy. We come from Australia and have been here for three weeks including three days in Cattolica for the MotoGP. We will probably book a table for tomorrow night as well.... More

Pretty tasteless. Two people in the group of 6 received food they did not order, Busy place, not much attention to our table.

Difficult to find better in Cattolica. Food was well above average, fresh pasta abounds, clams and mussels are locally caught and the nice touch of grappa and limoncello on the house just rounded up a memorable evening. The restaurant fills quickly and it's not surprising. But most of all, the service was incredible. The waiters literally spend the evening running... More

We came here several times during both our trips to Cattolica and it is without a doubt my favourite restaurant in the world! I would gladly eat here every day - the food is amazing!! The service is fantastic - we were recognised has having been before, even though it was 2 years from our first visit .... perhaps it... More

Our hotel recommended restaurant and gave us card for discount. Italian restaurants don't open until 7:30 or so. Had excellent 4 seasons pizza with carafe of wine. They surprised us with complimentary glass of Prosecco aperitif with Limoncello, Grappa and Dessert at the end. I thought the small carafe of Grappa was water to dilute the Limoncello. Lucky to find... More

This is absolutely my favourite place in Cattolica. The food was mouthwatering, the service was excellent, including welcome glass of prosecco and the owner of the place, who was serving the clientelle as well. The price and quality rate is good. We went there on the second day of our stay and returned the very next day. We should visit... More

Visited the place since it was very close to our hotel, and had some nice reviews from other TripAdvisor users. We got a nice table by the precinct and ordered a main course with some drinks and dessert. I made the mistake of not realizing that the sides had the be ordered separately and only got a lonely steak with... More
