In a little ancient village, Montegiovi, placed at the mountainside of Monte Amiata, the Organic Restaurant cooks for you typical Tuscany dishes. A beautiful view, silence of the thousand-year-old tree all around, very special organic wines and organic olive oil made from the owners'farm. The heating and the electricity come all from renewable energies. All-year open, just reserve the table the day before.
