Creative presentation, exquisitely prepared meal, excellent service in a remarkable historic hotel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The tables are beautifully set with white linens, fresh flowers and real candles. Our wine was decanted in a gorgeous vessel. The restaurant is inside Elephant hotel. Fine dishes, good selections drinks and a nice bar to end the evening

Lovely selection of Warm and cold starters. I went for a moist, succulent and gloriously seasoned tartar while a sweet risotto was served to my dining partner. The soup was too much so I didn't finish it. The Veal for main course was cooked perfectly and garnished with a heavy gravy...just what I like. The fish was full of flavor... More

It was a pleasure to be treated to such professional and traditional European service. Decanting of wine, a matre d' hotel with intelligent suggestions,and historic surroundings compliment excellent food.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at our favourite restaurant in Bressanone. The hotel it is part of has historical roots relating to the voyage of an Elephant to the imperial court in Vienna, and this shows not only in the name, but also in decoration.
