Fast and efficient service. Food is downright tasty without pretense. Refrain from ordering the buffet . It is highly expensive and it is not worth it. Stick only to the bread offer. The desserts are a treat. The local wine is good and not too strong. Reasonable price.

One of the premium locations in Bressanone, excellent food served, quick but not stressed service, always worth a visit

Very friendly staff. It took some time before they took our order, but the food was excellent and the bread buffet is a very nice extra to it.

We have been going to Fink for many years, but its standards seem to be falling. The local wine soup, which used to be very good, was bland, the fish was overcooked, and its sauce congealed. Could have been one bad night.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived 5 mins. before kitchen closed on a Tue which is their day to close early. I was served, had a delicious meal, wine, dessert, espresso. I returned for meals on the following days of my stay. Most restaurants finish lunch at 14 hrs, in Fink you can eat all day.

We have been there at least once/ year for over twenty years. It is centrally located and, in the summer it is nice to seat outside and watch the people. There is a room on the first floor and one, more formal, on the second. In season it is crowded, but there is sufficient turnover that you don't have to... More

I have been to Fink many times, and the uneven quality of the experience is quite well reflected in the reviews. I am happy to say on the basis of a couple of recent visits that the place seems now to be reliably good in term of food and service. The cuisine is traditional, with careful presentations, and the location... More

Quality food, tasty not only for the mouth but also for the eyes. A must stop in Brixen. A bit expensive, but for sure it is worth trying at least once.

Very nice setting, suitable both for formal meals and quicker bites on the go, not to mention the pastry (Konditorei) section. Owner and staff at large deserve special praise for their courtesy and flexibility.

The place is a bit of a more traditional alternative to the Finsterwirt. In 10 years only once having been treated, albeit being a regular, really lousy and stopped frequenting the place for over 2 years. Service quality can vary greatly. Food is usually impeccable.
