I had a dinner meal last week in this fabulous place, everything from the appetizers, main dishes and the desserts were very delicious and made with care. The superb ladies who run the restaurant made my night very special, Master Chef Chiara delivered delicious meals that I will always long too, while Maura the Maitre made my my stay as... More

A gem of a little trattoria in a quiet little corner on Via dei Musei, right next to the Capitolium Roman Temple. Though fairly small in size, it feels homely and cosy, Limited number of tables, so if planning to have dinner on Friday or Saturday reservations are recommended. Also open for Sunday lunch. Food is generally excellent. Everyone gets... More

I had a Sunday lunch recently at this lovely place. My gnocchi with spek (a Nothern Italy cured ham) and gorgonzola came in abundance and were very tasty and good. All egg pasta is home made. The place is unpretentious and nice. Reservation is recommended as there are limited seats.

I just returned fom lunch there. Food is carefully prepared and matching wines are suggested. Very good selection of regional bottles (Piedmont, Garda) available. The Vitello Tonnato with Tomato salad was divine and so were homemade ravioli with pumpkin. Prices are excellent for the quality offered. I am sorry not to be in Brescia more often but hope that this... More

When we arrived we got a bit of a fright as there was no english menu but one of the Owners explained every part of the menu to us. Gorgeous food a real insight into the real Italy. Beautiful local Prosecco that I will be trying to source here in Dublin. Seemed to be very busy with locals which is... More

I was in Brescia for a few weeks on business and ate here several times. My co-worker said it was the best meal in Brescia and he might be right. It's located in an odd spot not really near anything except the museum. On a couple late July evenings we were the only ones in the place. The women who... More

This little trattoria is managed by two friendly ladies. The place is situated near the museum. It is clean (only drawback is the italian style wc) and beautifully decorated. And: They REALLY can cook! Make sure you try the homemade ravioli with pumpkin (that is our favourite). We tried several restaurants in Brescia, the al Fontanone was the best for... More
