For the first time for slowfood I think it was fine. Tough I expected more it was good. The service was okay, they didn't seem to enjoy to serve but they did what was needed.

We stumbled upon this place (entrance through a lovely courtyard covered with wisteria) while strolling through Bra at Easter. The food is absolutely PERFECT. We sat outside, so I cannot comment upon the atmosphere inside, but it looked lovely. I would recommend this place for anyone planning a family reunion who wants to linger over lunch or dinner for 5... More

Bocondivino is situated in the city center of Bra (Kuneo province of Piedmont). And this where the SlowFood movement has originated from. It's philosophy is clearly the opposite of fast food. It focuses on preserving traditional recipes and using local farmer products. The menu is short and simple but offers all the regional specialties! The restaurant boasts a superb wine... More

Don't miss it, trust me. Going to culinary school in Firenze and took a day drip to Bra...a friend had previously made reservations here so I had no expectations. Could not have been happier. Located in the lovely little town of Bra, this restaurant is situated in a quaint yet spacious courtyard that overlooks a clock tower. Spacious inside yet... More

Having been to the Osteria dell'Arco before, I did not have any objection when a friend insisted to dine here but I ended up changing idea once we got there. While the setting can be described as similar to the sister restaurant, this is nothing of the kind as the entrance is from the yard of a modern building, rather... More

after two visits - one with the wife and one with the parents, I believe that this is probably the best restaurant in town. The pastas are amazing, so are the antipasti (don't miss the tongue and the vitello tonnato). The mains we had were a little less "on the spot", but still very good (expecially the pork with the... This is a pricier restaurant in Bra but the food and wine make it worth dining there. We lived in Bra for a year and ate there several times and were never disappointed. The food is very well prepared and presented and consists of regional specialties. The service is attentive and friendly. The wines and wine-food pairings are great (but... More

We went to this restaurant on purpose to have truffles, and we have been satisfied! I had duck chest with black truffle, and the "Tajarin 40 tuorli" with white truffle... both delicious, with lots of truffles on top. After that I was already fully satisfied with my meal, but I couldn't avoid trying the Bonet as a dessert, which was... More

This place is great with a wonderful courtyard for sunny days. Do eat the raw sausage it is very good. The pasta is simple but delicious. Very good value for money. My 1st choice in Bra.
