Slow Food

This restaurant is part of the Slow Food site in Bra. We went here for lunch (outside) and had a very good experience - great service, great food, good wines. I expect that I would have given a 5 rating is we had taken the lunch inside.

We have enjoyed a dinner here in the truffle season of 2014. Although the restaurant is relatively large, we could only reserve for lunch. FYI; pretty much all restaurants in this region are fully booked during this season, so if you want to make sure you do not miss out on a dinner , you should book way ahead.Lunch you... More

We came without reservation and stumbled across this place having had an uninspiring wander around the ancient city. But tucked away in this courtyard location is the real hidden gem of Bra. Slow food is there mantra and even though they indicated the kitchen would close soon we were not at all rushed. The vegetable tart was outstanding, more of... More

Bra has a Slow Food story and this restaurant is a strong part of it. The food is excellent, the atmosphere pleasurable (open internal court) in the wines match very well the food. Bra is a nice small city so a visit is well deserved if you are in the Langhe. And a lunch at Boccondivino is a must. A... More

The great thing of this small restaurant is the quality of the food (vitello tonnato, brasato al Barolo and rabbit) compared to the total bill which is more than acceptable. The wines by the glass are also a good choice. This is a great way to promote Italian quality food! Well done.

If what you are looking for is traditional pimontese food, cooked in an excellent way, you are in the right place. On the menu you can basically find all the main specialties from piedmont: do not miss tajarin, a sort of pasta (tagliatelle) prepared by using 40 yolks, and brasato, a tasty veal roast prepared with barolo wine. In november... More

I was directed to this restaurant (after all not far from my hotel, into Bra ancient center) with my colleague, during a business trip in Bra. We thus attended it for two consecutive nights (also because, being low season, the other best restaurants in Bra were all closed). All the food I've tasted in the two nights it was good... More

We visited this restaurant during white truffle festival in Piemonte and i can honestly say that here it was the best value for money. Great food, innovative menu-we ate a combination of white and black truffle dishes and very good service. The location is also special, in the same place where the Slow food movement started.
