Really loved the informality of this place. The food was fresh and well presented by pleasant and helpful staff. The house wine was well priced and of excellent quality for the price. Lots of locals eating here gives it a lively atmosphere. Try the local brewed bottled ale.

Tucked away down narrow streets in central Arezzo sits this little gem. We were there for a quick lunch. Everything from service, menu, food to wine was excellent. Price very reasonable.

I have had so many mediocre - to - bad lunches in Arezzo , especially during the monthly antique fair, it was sheer delight to find Osteria Il Grottino! A lovely outdoor corner under the cover of umbrellas, attentive service and the food...The food is wonderful! It is largely traditional Tuscan, but with a touch of something extra. I had... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant when another was complete. We really enjoyed our meaL and the service was great. Fredrico our server was kind and funny and could speak and understand English. He was a delight and also very competent. The pasta is made in house and is wonderful!! This restaurant is also very reasonably priced. Enjoy!

If you're staying in Arezzo, if you want to eat local cooking at very high level, if you want to do it in a warm and friendly environment, feeling like at home, Osteria Il Grottino is the right place! I was there with my family and we all agree it was a great dinner. Very good wine and fantastic food.

Found this place by accident after getting to my hotel and quickly hunting for a lunch place before riposo kicked off. Great outdoor seating. Simple and quick service. Had a small salad, with fresh ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach in a walnut cream sauce. Excellent. One of the best pasta dishes I've had this trip. Will definitely stop by... More

We happened to chance upon this restaurant while looking for a place to have dinner in Arezzo. This place has a nice ambiance with a live band. The food was good as well in terms of both quality and quantity. We choose to have the wild boar as one of our main dish and found the dish to to tasty,... More

Cozy outdoor corner. Good food, with many local dishes with truffles to several of the dishes. Serving was fine, but nothing special
