Very nice lunch on the terrace

We ate at this place recommended by our lonely planet. The pulpo starter and the seafood risotto were delish, and the sun-kissed terrace was a real pleasure. We didn't think the swordfish alla messinese was all that great though, albeit still ok. Didn't have any space left to try the desert cause... read more

Our b&b advised us this place and we're so grateful, they did. Everything we ate was delicious and the staff is really nice as well. The view is almost wonderful, I say almost because there is an ugly apartment building dividing it, but still. If you're looking for good food, go there, it's highly recommended.

This restaurant at the far end of Via Athenea has quite a few outdoor tables that give a lovely view of the valley below and the water. The service was excellent and the food veey good. My wife and I each had a different fish did and both were very good. The tiramasu for dessert was the best I've had.... More

This was evidently a very popular restaurant with the locals. We were glad to find it because there wasn't much choice out of season when we were in Agrigento. The waiter was attentive but not intrusive. The service was just right. The decor was interesting and music pleasantly in the background. There was a relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent... My friend and I were out walking on a hot October evening and took seats at the outdoor seating to take in the view and relax. Then the restaurant opened for dinner and we decided to stay and eat. We each had only a pasta course and were happy with our choices. The service was excellent.

This restaurant offers outside seating with a very nice view. Their caponata was very good as well as their linguini di L’ambasciatta; their panna cotta was not very good. Beautiful view, outside seating, prompt service. We were short for time and when we told the waiter he made sure that the food came quickly.

The scenery from the terrace is fantastic, complimented by very nice food. Try the 'chips' which were delicious, not like chips back in England!! Very popular and very reasonable prices.
