We ate at this place recommended by our lonely planet. The pulpo starter and the seafood risotto were delish, and the sun-kissed terrace was a real pleasure. We didn't think the swordfish alla messinese was all that great though, albeit still ok. Didn't have any space left to try the desert cause the portions were nicely abundant.

My friend and I were out walking on a hot October evening and took seats at the outdoor seating to take in the view and relax. Then the restaurant opened for dinner and we decided to stay and eat. We each had only a pasta course and were happy with our choices. The service was excellent.

This restaurant offers outside seating with a very nice view. Their caponata was very good as well as their linguini di L’ambasciatta; their panna cotta was not very good. Beautiful view, outside seating, prompt service. We were short for time and when we told the waiter he made sure that the food came quickly.

The scenery from the terrace is fantastic, complimented by very nice food. Try the 'chips' which were delicious, not like chips back in England!! Very popular and very reasonable prices.

This appeared to be a very popular restaurant in terms of same faces each day and people waiting. We got in fairly easily and I can see why it was popular. Good views to the illuminated temples, great food, good portions and great wine make for a powerful combination. Would have gone again if time permitted.

Just arrived in Agrigento and spotted this restaurant with a lovely outside terrace with super views across the bay and we asked for a table for a late lunch. We started with a platter of mixed meats. The contents were fine but a very small portion for €9.00 literally a couple of slices of each meat and pecorino cheese. Followed... More

This is the perfect example of a Lonely Planet recommendation that hasn't gone to management's head. That is a rare occurence in our experience. The restaurant is very busy and you'll probably have to wait for your table even if you have a reservation (as we did). However, the staff never lets you feel forgotten. They check in and apologize... More
