Good sized homemade burger

Nice place to eat, unsure whether it was more of a pub or a restaurant or a sports bar because of a pool table and sports news being shown on large TVs but I had an amazingly big homemade burger which was close to perfection however the menu stated in was served with salad, and at most I was... read more

Popped in for a light lunch but didn't want to pay stupid prices. Considering this place has the monopoly of a small place it was very reasonable. We only had a sandwich but it came with all the trimmings and lovely home made chutneys in the fillings. It was busy but not over crowded. Nice friendly staff and local customers.

Popped in this afternoon with my friend for a couple of pints. Really is a nice pub! The girl behind the bar was very friendly, service was great. Clean, tidy and modern pub. Would definitely come back.

Popped into this harbour side Inn whilst on holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food looked and tasted very nice. Seems a popular place, lots of locals enjoying a drink.Prices were not too bad, and had a good selection. All in all a enjoyable experience!

Good beer and friendly staff. More of a sports bar than an inn with big screen TVs showing the football/rugby.

While staying in Charlestown we visited this inn which is very much a sports bar with food, where the locals seem to congregate. We did not dine here but did enjoy their local ales including Doom Bar.

The food was extremely good, the cod loin wrapped in salmon was delicious, the steaks were very well cooked too. Beer was very good and well kept. You can watch live TV in here so can be a bit noisy, but the locals are very friendly so it is no problem.

Food was average pub food in a very busy bar, but it was reasonably priced. more of a pub than restaurant.

An excellent museum with so many interesting and comprehensive exhibits. Warrants two visits at least to take in all the exhibits. It is excellent value for money.
