Crab Sarnie

They do an incredible crab sandwich with chips and salad, there's so much there if you only want a light snack you could share this.

We were offered a free drink to compensate which we accepted and told him... More

We visited Charlestown, which is a small beautiful place, and stopped here for our evening meal. Mainly because they had Live Sky Sports and showed the Liverpool game! It was a great find, a friendly bar which although got quite full wasn't rowdy so was ok to take the kids in. The toilets were really clean and the food was... More

A wonderful Sunday roast served with all the trimmings. We ordered a small portion of roast dinner. Glad we did as even the small portion was huge and very filling. There is a lovely atmosphere and we were served quite promptly even though it was quite busy.

Arrived in Charlestown too early to get into our room. Weather was horrendous - flash flood type rain. Restaurant packed with holiday makers, kids & grannies! Nevertheless, we got a table and were quickly served one of their lunchtime specials - a large bowl of delicious mussles. Fabulous - just what we needed after journey to Cornwall - and to... More

Lovely position to enjoy good food and wonderful views. If the weather is bad you can still see the views from the wonderful restaurant.

Well we thought it was about time we explored Cornwall a bit more so decided to try Charlestown for a spot of lunch today. Having negotiated the funny car park signs which seem to direct you up your own exhaust pipe we found this place and ettled down to a lovely meal overlooking the sea. I had the seafood omlette... Friendly atmosphere and good pub food. We both had burgers and they were excellent. A wide range of ales too which always helps! :)
