Great food and music!!!

We went here just to try something new in the area. Wow!! Great food...and great music to boot! Apparently every Tuesday night is Irish music night. (And Sundays also!!) So we REALLY lucked out. Very warm and friendly atmosphere!! We were in Ireland this past summer...felt like we returned!!

Three of us, all seniors tried St. Stephens for the first time. We went for lunch at about 1:15 PM on a Thursday and it was uncrowded. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and very welcoming and conducive to good conversation and drink. The menu while not huge does have a great variety of choices for lunch or dinner. Irish breakfast... I have been to SSG many times. Only once were all the. Entrees at our table for 4 excellent. On my last visit my husbands entree was delicious and I ordered a sandwich which came dried out and lacking of all care. We will only go now for the music and beer.

If you are looking for a friendly, laid back, informal Irish Pub...where everyone is friendly and the food is excellent - then look no further than St. Stephens! We have been there many times and it is a busy place and can be noisy............but so are the pubs in Ireland! Live entertainment is a nice addition and we especially enjoy... More

Excellent bartender, excellent food. Had lamb sliders and Irish kettle chips. Awesome! Can't wait to go back and try the shepherds pie or the brown derby meatloaf.

I have been to St. Stephen's Green many times with different people and everyone I bring there loves the food and the atmosphere. I have been there for lunch the past two weeks with family and we asked for a table in an out of the way place so we wouldn't bother anyone. Our waitress made sure we had everything... More

This was our first time at St Stephens and we had a great experience. Restaurant was crowded but we were seated very quickly. The menu had many options that made it hard to choose from. Food came out fast and was fantastic for a reasonable price. Also had a nice beer selection. Overall we had nothing but great things to... More

Was headed for Harrigan's in Sea Girt but passed this place and decided to give it a try. Very pleased I made that decision!! Wonderful Irish décor with great attention to detail. 'The menu has anything you might desire. I had a hamburger and it was outstanding, medium rare, just as ordered and obviously freshly cooked since it was so... More
