Elegantly curved Omani arches make a dramatic first impression in this vaulted, crystal chandelier lit dining room with contemporary cool dark grey terrazzo floors, expansive bay windows on the gardens and live piano music. Four open show kitchens add entertainment and aromas as Muscat’s finest culinary talents prepare Western, Asian, Middle Eastern and Indian fare, best paired with sips off our award winning wine list. Dine as well on the outdoor patio or among equally chic private dining rooms with lounge areas that make memorable venues for business dinners, family gatherings and festive events

This restaurant is the main eatery at the Chedi and serves international food. Reservations are recommended as it can quickly fill up with hotel guests and those from outside the hotel. We booked in a table inside the restaurant and at the last minute decided to change to the outside seating by the pool as the temperatures were starting to... More

My wife and I and a friend visiting from UK went to the Chedi Friday Brunch on May 1st. Because of the outside temperature at the moment, (high 30s), all diners were seated inside. There was a very pleasant atmosphere as most tables were occupied. The choice of food was huge and we chose the drinks package which included wine... More

While the setting looks lovely the seating is not comfortable at all. The menu is very nice, Japanese style food, but small portions so it's good to get a couple of starters and mains. For starters we had king crab 3 ways, lobster tacos and little slices of waygu beef in a light sauce. Every aspect of these starters was... More

After spending close to 2 weeks in Muscat having mostly Omani and Mediterranean cuisines, I had strong cravings for Asian food (the light, savoury, and refreshing kind of meal). Checked out the Long Pool cabana in The Chedi Muscat (which serves Japanese cuisine), and was greatly satisfied! I had a spicy seafood soup, tuna tataki and salmon avocado sushi roll.... More

When we arrived at hotel wanted to just eat and then relax - keep it simple. We were pleasantly surprised by the choices on the menu Asian to Italian! Several proteins - something for everyone.

Went there for a late dinner. Wasn't my first time going there. We were seated outside and we were actually among the last people to leave. When the staff started removing the tables we realised it was time to go. Had the veal with mashed potato as a side and would recommend it to anyone going there. For the desert... More
