I have been to Italy and they cannot compete with these pizzas for crisp bake, deep pan and lots of local toppings. Fantastic ambience and entertaining when piano is played....awesome

Brilliant atmosphere with friendly humerous patron. Food is generous and tasty , tapas excellent, local new rose wine cheap and good. A beautiful setting on a mountain road highly recommended.

My brother in law and I passed through on a walking holiday and had to stop for a couple of beers in this very attractive place. Carlos the owner (Argentinian) and his wife (German) and son Pablo are very friendly. The views of the Trevelez valley are super. The inside of the restaurant is very quirky with lots of old... More

A visit to the Piano Bar has become a regular, must-do for us whenever we are in the area. You will have such a good time here. Even if there are no other customers (which is rare), Carlos makes the place come alive with good humour and banter. It is off the regular tourist trail too, so has an authentic... More

Friendly staff who were generous with the tapas and served lovely pizzas. Good atmosphere and reasonably priced. Even outside next to road this was quiet but buzzing with customers. Very popular, and understandably so.

This bar is in a tiny village and your most likely reason for eating here is if you are staying in one of the local B&Bs and don't want to drive. This is a very rural part of the world (with many village houses boarded up) so the bar owes its survival clearly in large part to the tourist trade.... More

This is a busy bar in the quiet village of mecina. It is possible to sit outside. You are then on the 'main' road, but as this only goes to one other village there is not a lot of traffic. If you want a memorable meal go to l'Atelier just up the steps to the left of here. If you... More
