My partner's Birthday treat.

We just had a lovely meal to celebrate my partner's Birthday. I had the baked cod on cheese and bacon mash and it was superb, and a huge plate of food to boot. She had the chicken Maryland and we both enjoyed our meals very much. Excellent value for money.

Arrived expecting earlybird menu but this is no longer available as web site advertising various menus have not been updated. We were not the only patrons caught out by this. However, surprisingly the new menu offered similar fayre but dearer. The menus have changed very little over the years. As always the restaurant area and toilets are immaculate. The staff... More

The food at the Vines is fantastic, as well as the waitstaff and proprietor (Brenda). We were in N. Ireland for 2 weeks and visited a number of times. Breakfast was beautiful as well as lunch/dinner. Highly recommended.

We were passing through and had stopped a member of the public our way back to the motorway and also had asked where we could get something to eat. She suggested the vines. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. The waitress was very pleasant . Restaurant was very clean and so were the toilets. The meal, well what can I say, absolutely delicious,... More

Had a nice meal. Place open all day so we popped in before the busy hours as our one year old can get rowdy when bored in a high chair. Waiting staff were very pleasant and the interior is lovely. Couple of things with the meal seemed bought in rather than fresh made and spotted a few table items that... More

Had a lovely meal here with family and friends, a lot of children were with us, my little girl has food allergies and her meal was cooked separately to everyone else's they were very attentive to her needs. Thank you. Will recommend to my other food allergy friends. Will be back in the future.

We had an evening in The Vines for our Irish Dancing School's 1st Anniversary on Tuesday Night (2nd June 2015). We had met with the head chef a couple of times beforehand to sort numbers and the menu our parents and children had chosen. Unfortunately, one of our little dancers has a few allergies to food, the main one being... More
