The food quality was superb

Excellent food and facilities very friendly staff however they do seem to have an issue over the bread rolls , strictly one per person for the whole meal or face the inquisition and get another to share

Booked in for a meal whilst having a one night stop over. The service was spot on and the food good. My other half said the mussles were very good and I enjoyed the pressed ham for starters. We both had the burger for mains. This is a hotel and the wine prices were as you would expect. It would... More

We booked a table for 5 (plus baby high chair - thank you) in The Brasserie for a birthday lunch. The staff were most welcoming and attentive. Ordered: Fish & Chips (3), Yorkshire Dales Belly Pork and Pan-Roasted Duck Breast. Presentation and food quality was excellent. I had the fish and it was as good as it gets; very thin... More

The Brasseries food is amazing and so so delicious and well presented, I had the fish platter and the all the fish was just perfect and fresh, the cocktails we're also beautiful. Lovely views over the grounds and a friendly cozy atmosphere. Fab food and great service. Only thing for me I'm not a fish eater and a lot of the menu was fish, restricting my choice.

We booked the brasserie for lunch , after some confusion over which menu was available ( I was disappointed when I was given a sandwich menu first and told this was all that was available ) . This was then resolved and we were given the correct menu ! Selection is very good and what we ordered was excellent .... More

Had lunch here as part of a spa package. The food was excellent with lots of choice. You can eat inside or on the balcony. They provide blankets if it's a little cool.

Popped in a for a complimentary lunch with our spa day. The food was excellent and really not too heavy which was nice. The venue and service were also top class. My one reservation was the price we paid for our ice cream deserts (only got two courses complimentary), was a lot of money for three tiny scoops. Drinks were... More
