Description: Our restaurant has more than 100 years. We have followed of four generations, all animated by the passion for the ancient tradition of Piedmont cuisine.The Piedmont cuisine has its roots in peasant culture, made of simple ingredients, but genuine and rich in many valuable products, thanks to the particular geography of the Piedmont region, which contains within it, lakes, hills, mountains, rice fields: from truffles, hazelnuts, the vines, the produce of the land allowed the Piedmont to assert its culinary tradition not only in Italy but also in the world.

Very Nice Restaurant classical style good also for wedding parties. We had dinner enjoying every course. That night there was also live music. The best of the meal were cheese selecetion and deserts selection served by personnel directly at the table.

i spent a nice evening in this restaurant not far from turin. i have tasted many piemontese specialities, from the cold appetizers till the "frittura mista piemontese", that is the reason why i visited this restaurant. i enjoyed a lot all the kind of appetizers but i have to confess that i didn't like this "frittura" very much, it's only...
