Visited here again, as we were happy with it last year. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as good. Staff were ok, but food wasn't really up to scratch. We've just been here with friends For a casual dinner: Food Quality is pretty high - Any kind from appetizzers to dessert - but price is definitively too high. I recommend traditional Food. Location is gair enough, nothing exciting

I went there following a BW Hotel Modena Palace’s concierge suggestion (1 km far by car). The quality of food is very good, mostly organic, traditional and hand made. However, the price is higher than the fair price for that food. It is highly recommended for tourist and mostly for foreigner business men (Ferrari factory or Modena city is very... More

Great Italian food and great atmosphere. The Gonoco fritto is a must try. Good service and very nice settings. We tried gennochi , meats, pizzas and tiramisu and they were all great. We came back twice.

Finally, after a week spent around Modena, constantly eating good food, I went to try Ca' Del Rio, with a group of friends. Everyone told me it's a must when in Modena to try the original Gnocco Fritto. So there we were, 12 people, all hungry, sitting around the table in such a familiar environment. The young waiter was super... More

We were recommended this place by the hotel manager at Best Western Plus, so felt it was worth a try. Food was great, and very well priced considering how big the portions were. Drinks were very reasonably priced. Our waitress spoke very good English and was very attentive, which helped the overall experience. We used a taxi for our visit... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, as we were asking for good food, but not formal. And that's exactly what we got. Not at all the touristic restaurant!

Excellent place to try the regional Modenense food, including the cheeses and good wines.

Actually the menu is very complete regional dishes and all very well prepared. The environment is excellent and the service is even better. I will return, as the Frito chomp and their accompaniments are excellent.
