Never a disappointment here -- if you are lucky, the owner himself will take your order, but the entire staff is friendly and attentive. I've only been here a couple of times (because I just discovered it!) -- but I am sure we will be going back. Closed on Sunday -- which seems to be the day we crave it... More

This little hole in the wall, order at the counter has some of the best Mexican food we have ever had. Always busy, there's a line up for take out and eat in. The quality and affordability are excellent. I had to stop looking at their website because it made my mouth water. If you're in the area and like... More

Visited Roberto's four times in the fortnight we were in Arizona. Found Roger and Maria and their staff absolutely delightful and the food was freshly prepared and truly authentic.....all Maria's family recipes. Would eat their food again anytime.

I am very picky about going to a restaurant that serves Mexican food because I prepare so many dishes myself. I grew up eating frijoles, rice, tamales, and home made tortillas so I have acquired a certain expectation. I have not sampled everything on their menu but have not been disappointed with what I have ordered. When serving Mexican food... More

We saw this place featured on DDD and being lovers of Mexican food we had to check it out. We were greeted by a young lady that explained the menu and answered our questions. She recommended the al pastor not knowing that was exactly what we had in mind. We got the burrito and this was absolutely one of the... More

Every time we give it another chance with hopes they will have improved, we leave disappointed. Worst cheese enchiladas ever and they were smothered with way too much sauce that wasn't very palatable.

The first time we came here I just had a bean tostada and a taco, and regretted my choice. It was pretty standard mexican fare, and maybe even a little below average as their shredded cheddar cheese has a really odd texture, like maybe it has been frozen and thawed a couple of times or something. On the advice of... More

Like most I saw this on Triple D's, I expected a bit more but it was decent overall at a good price. Though I wouldn't make a special trip out that way.

First time and it was just ok. My enchilada was warm not hot and I do not like when the cheese is not melted. We love Someburros .... very authentic .... worth the drive. Sorry, Roberto's!

Saw Roberto's on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives and had to make a stop on our latest trip to Arizona. And we were not disappointed. The Al Pastor was highly recommended by Guy Fieri and rightly so. The pork was extremely tender and seasoned with the right amount of heat. The sides were great and anyplace that has Dr. Pepper... More
