Was here on Sunday night, hasn't booked but was given a table in bar, staff very friendly. First class service. Had the steaks they were so so good. The only thing that put us off was another table who were rude to staff and moaning as there wasn't any pate left, staff couldn't have done any more but they weren't... More

Great value food. Caterers for everyone and especially for the kids. Clean and staff very friendly. Fast service despite being busy. You need to book though. Will definitely be back.

Stopped for dinner after visiting Palace. Really good food and staff were friendly - we sat outside as a really good day and catered well for 2 kids. The mac cheese on kids menu is the only thing I would say wasn't so good as too much cheese on top and not so moist but overall our service was good!

We took my Father here for lunch with our 20 month old baby. The staff were excellent and had a high chair for us and gave us a table with some space. The pub itself is very cosy and was very welcoming given the rain we had driven through. The drinks menu is excellent with good ales and wines. Food... More
