What a place!!!

What a place!!! We had a recommended tasting menu which gave us a chance to try all the best the restaurant could offer. When a dish is served, the friendly personnel give you a break down on how it was prepared. We asked tons of questions related to the production of culatello and all of them... read more

Charming restaurant in a tiny village. The restaurant has been in the same family we believe for five generations, and 700 years as a restaurant and producers of the finest cullatello and salami. Terrific service and delicious food. We would recommend you try the selections of antipasto of mixed meats or the different aged group of culatello. The battuto (a... More

We enjoyed this restaurant so much we went back. I couldn't agree more with the other reviewers! This is an unexpected gem. Just the charcuterie platter is worth the drive. The waiter was helpful and gave excellent recommendations. We went with culinary students who enjoyed the food as well as the tour. Highly recommended!

After a wonderful dinner owner was proud... More

This place is an authentic treasure. The food is amazing, the service is very good, and the owner took us to see the cellars where the culatello is drying, excellent mix of tradition and good food. Highly recommended.

Is a long time that I left my town of origin, and all the times I come back, I like to revisit what my memory recalls as the places where the history, the tradition and the gastronomic culture is kept alive and magnified. The restaurant looks elegant but informal. The service is timely and corteous. The food choiche is between... More
