We have now been to little glosters on 5 occasions, twice taking friends which is often when you recommend a restaurant is the downfall. But not here fantastic service, food superb. Reasonably priced for the standard and location.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The service was impeccable. Cocktails were scrummy. Food was outstanding. Ambience was perfect. Almost running out of compliments. Have and will continue to recommend The Little Gloster to friends and family and all.

Wonderful meal in a beautiful spot overlooking the Solent. Service was very good and staff were attentive without being overpowering. Both of us had fish and my baked cod one of the best prepared and beautifully cooked meals I've ever had. Highly recommended.

First & last visit to this establishment. It had know atmosphere & vegetarian options limited. I enquired if the Parmesan they used was vegetarian & to have the reply 'I don't know' was totally unsatisfactory. Food was average but terrible overpriced & my coffee tasted of scolded milk. Have had so much better elsewhere. Such a shame as a great... More

We booked a table at The Little Gloster to take some friends out for lunch and I must say it was really good the best meal we had on the Isle of Wight in our weekend visit. It was very busy as it was the end of Cowes week but the staff were very attentive and the food was really... More

We visited twice over a long weekend - Sunday lunch and Tuesday early lunch. Both meals were very good, my partner preferring his lobster on the Sunday but I preferred the seafood platter on Tuesday. The drinks were also fine - good selection of cocktails and wine.

Outrageously good food in a charming setting. Friendly, engaged and efficient staff always eager to please. A haven of quality in an area generally known for its half-•rsed, mediocre fare.

Little Gloster was recommended to us by my Partner's daughter in law and we were so glad we followed-up her recommendation. The food was simply wonderful and certainly on a par with a couple of Michelin starred restaurants we have visited before. The place had a lovely ambience and great views too. Our waiter was very young but also very... More

What a wonderful start to our week on the island! Sitting in the sun overlooking the Solent, delicious breakfast with tasty perfectly cooked ingredients. Staff and owners were all delightful - the sort of service that is missing so often. We will definitely be back.
