Excellent Food, Incredibly Slow Service on Sundays

This was a very good place to grab dinner, except for the understaffing problem we found. Although it was a Sunday night, there was one waiter, who served as bartender and hostess for seven tables. She was incredibly kind and moving as quickly as she could but it took us an hour for us to get our... read more

We visited this restaurant twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. We were the only ones there both times, which is surprising because the food was outstanding. The staff was friendly and eager to please. The prices were a tad expensive, but no more so than anywhere else on Mo'orea. This restaurant also provided a free shuttle from our... More

I'm surprised to see poor reviews for this restaurant after our experiences. We had gotten a rental car for a few hours and were out exploring Moorea when we decided to stop here for lunch. We had a great lunch (mushroom risotto and blackened fish). Prices seem average for the island (certainly better than our hotel menu prices), but everything... More

Pity we didn't have access to TripAdvisor prior to stopping here on a whim. They certainly saw us coming... Lacking a watch, I discovered after the event that we ordered our 2:1 "Happy Hour" cocktails a few minutes early. A CFP1300 oversight. The veal was of fine-dining quantity - pity that it was overcooked with a minuscule portion of "vegetables"... More

Just to give you an idea, the cook picks you up and drops you off; have to wait until she's done... My wife and I had dinner here as it was located close to our hotel (Intercontinental Moorea) and they have free pick up. Another guest didn't speak about it favorably, but we decided to give it a try. Slow... More

We were so excited to see a menu with vegetarian options as I am vegetarian but had been eating fish during my trip to survive! However when the meals arrived we were so disappointed, small servings and a really awful mango tofu dish which tasted like it was from a bottle, and a really stinky piece of fish that we... More

Unfortunately we cannot comment on the food as we choose to not stay and dine elsewhere for lunch. We rented bicycles and biked from the Hilton here in Moorea to this side of the island. It was quite a trek and we decided we needed a cocktail or two and lunch before the journey back. The choices for food/drink are... More

Loved the risotto. Great that they had a variety of veggie choices. My husband enjoyed the salmon although slightly overcooked. Friendly staff. Free transport to hotel. Nice scenery.

the best thing here was the friendly staff and the free WiFi. The food was no good at all and the prices ridiculous for what they served. It is only for the friendly people I do not rate this terrible.

One of the few places to have a vegetarian meal on the island. But as with most places we dined on the island, expectation were not met. The food was rather bland, the setting rather mosquito infested (though the waitress did provide some coils). Not a memorable evening.
