Dinner at Quails Gate

Ambiance is great. Table 15 is on the patio at the corner where you get a great view of the vines and lake.

We visited this restaurant at the beginning of April. All the dishes were delicious and so was the wine. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and great views over the lake. The quality is good with prices to match. The restaurant wasn't busy when we went but apparently gets busy during peak season. We booked on the restaurant's website and... More

A weekend getaway to Kelowna drew us to this restaurant. Two adults and two kids - 4 and 5. We were seated promptly in spite of having no reservation. The place filled up instantly after that. We ordered a few appetizers which were outstanding. For the main I ordered spring pea risotto - light but full of flavour, my spouse... More

Made a dinner reservation a little while ago because we had some friends coming into town. I was a little perturbed by recent reviews regarding dress code as we promised our guests a fine dining experience. Happily no ball hats or tee shirts. Food, wine and service were very good but ...... The but ...was a large table close by... More

We took my girlfriend out for her 30th bday dinner just us girls and she was delighted - it was a surprise! It was her first time there and being such she was amazed by the breathtaking views of sprawling vineyards tumbling towards Okanagan Lake. You can capture some amazing photos or simply take it in with your eyes. The... More

I had a spectacular lunch here with my boyfriend. Great service and very flavorful food for local farmers! Wine pairings recommended with each meal were also spot on! It is pretty pricey, but worth it if you are a foodie!

We went for an anniversary dinner and spent $200.00 on a dinner for two. The food service and views were exceptional, as always, we live a stone's throw from Old Vines. When spending that kind of money and looking around and seeing jeans, tee-shirts and ball hats everywhere I felt like I was in McDonald's. There are places for jeans,... More

The food, wine, and view at the Old Vines Restaurant are all top notch. We did the suggested wine pairings for the entrees we ordered and did not regret the choice. Everything was very good. It is not the sort of place I would suggest for families with young children, or for anyone looking for just a quick lunch to... More
