Fantastic food!

This cafe is part of a garden centre. The cafe provides a varetiy of hot and cold food such as jacket potatoes, lasagne, soup and chili con carne as well as a selection of home made cakes. The food is excellent and the atmosphere in the cafe is great. If your nearby, definitely stop by!

Had afternoon tea here for mine and my mum's birthday. Had a lovely selection of sandwiches, the bread was nice and soft. The scones were full of fruit and warm, lots of clotted cream and a choice of jams. Pasties were sweet and very moorish all washed down with pots of tea. The waitress was very helpful and nothing was too... More

Sometimes I think I shouldn't write yet another great review for Perrywood Coffee Shop and, then, I think "why not" - especially after reading an odd review by 'Tim B' recently! I'm not surprised Perrywoods was a "bit confused" because we are regular visitors to the Coffee Shop and we have never seen a chef with an enormous beard either.... More

As always the coffee shop in Perrywoods was very busy. Lots of lovely homemade lunches and cakes. Nice cheerful service. Always happy to while away a few hours here.

We were surprised both by the size of the "coffee shop" and the sheer range of food and cakes on offer. They even offer breakfast. We just had tea and cakes in the afternoon but the portion sizes were very generous and the cakes themsleves very tasty ! Great place and a pleasant surprise in a garden centre, better than... More

We stopped off for a quick coffee an ended up with cakes too they are still lovely and as always look amazing the staff are also great! Prices are still a little to high to become a regular stop but can't grumble at the quality of the cakes..

My sister and I spent 4 1/2 hours happy hours at Perrywoods yesterday! We started with coffee which was fine, but once again my sister who has to be on a gluten free diet was tantalised by the assortment of lovely home-made scones on the counter, but sadly no gluten free ones. You had a caramel victoria sponge, but as... More

Thanks very much for your feedback. Offering a greater range for those with dietary requirements is something we are continually working on. For example we had a dairy free cake for the first time this weekend and most of our sauces in our hot specials are now thickened with rice flour. We have tried GF scones in the past but... More

Have been coming here for years but now it has become so large and busy that it is too noisy for me to enjoy a coffee and a chat. The floor makes moving your chair a very noisy action and the queues for lunch are very long. Such a shame as the staff are very nice and helpful, its got... More

Had lunch last Friday. We had freshly fried beer battered cod and the home made Leek and Potatoe pie with Filo pastry. Both were excellent. Service was very good considering how busy it was.
