After enjoying looking around all the of the delightful, shabby chic goodies in the large shop, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and dessert.

Popped on on a recommendation and was so happy that I did! Fantastic cake and coffee with really attentive service. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food. I look forward to going back!

Having made a reservation beforehand, 21 of us arrived for afternoon tea last Wednesday. What a treat was in store for us, the food equally as good as the well known London tea rooms! Delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones and a variety of teas. The servious was excellent, the staff friendly and all agreed that it wouldn't be long before... More

Visited for 'High tea' with ladies group. Greeted and shown to our reserved tables by very pleasant staff. Prompt service with choice of teas. Beautiful finger sandwiches and 'yummy' selection of pastries and scones with 'local' jam & cream. Nothing was too much trouble and tea replenished often as required. We visit Perrywoods nursery on a regular basis and will... More

Food was good to average, prices were high for what you get, however, this seems not to deter the masses as it was very full at lunchtime.

We visit this privately run garden centre on a fairly regular basis. Their sign says "Coffee Shop", but that understates what's on offer. You can get anything from a coffee to a full hot or cold meal breakfast, lunch or tea. The seating area is large, clean and smart, with a new conservatory added recently. We have found the food... We are frequent visitors to Perrywood's, and have always liked their coffee shop (now much expanded for use all year round). Selection of food is fine, and we have always enjoyed what we have ordered in terms of drinks, food and cakes. OK not the cheapest, but the quality has always been good (bit more cheese on the cheese ploughman's... More

I visited today with a friend (27/4/14)and we just wanted a cup of tea each so joined the cake/tea queue, we ordered our 2 pots of tea and took them to the table in the conservatory to sit down , my friend poured her tea and I picked up my teapot to pour mine but it was empty all but... More

Hello, I am very sorry you experienced poor customer service. We normally get great feedback about our staff and pride ourselves on high levels of service which obviously didn't happen for some reason so we would like to speak to you to apologise if that would be possible? Could you email your contact details to hannah@perrywood.co.uk? Thanks Hannah More

Visited Perrywood nursery on Good Friday and after buying a few plants and gardening things, decided to stop in the cafe for coffee and cake. The food is good, the service busy and they know how to charge! It puts me off the place, really

First visit overall to this lovely garden centre and cafe - will certainly return although will probably eat beforehand. The cafe was very busy but the staff seemed to be coping well. All were friendly and smartly presented. The cafe seemed clean and was very light and airy. My husband and I shared a sandwich as we felt that £5-£6... More
