Good Tapas Evening Out

my wife and I always visit this resturant when we travel to Twickenham for the rugby, this has been for the last four years. We have never found any reason to fault eiher the service or food. We also go to Andulucia regularily and only eat where the rural local Spanish eat. Don Fernando's is the nearest we've found to... More

Popped in for a quick pre-theatre bite. Friendly welcome and got shown straight to a table. Service was friendly and efficient. The food came out quicker than expected, but was a bit underwhelming to be honest. Calamari was a bit lukewarm and soggy. Patatas bravas was also bland and tepid. Lamb skewers were ok but quite tiny. I was probably... More

Excellent food freshly cooked in front of you. Really friendly staff. Loved the meatballs and the deep fried Brie. A very happy holiday type atmosphere you really feel like you are in Spain.

I go to this place on average one every 8 weeks. It's not great but it's consistently good. Nice service from a good bunch of people. The food is always good. It's a big place and they turn the tables quickly - first dish comes usually within 5 mins or ordering and the last within 10 or 12 mins. If... More

Had a meal here when visiting Richmond. The service was OK, but the food not good enough. Various sea food dishes were dry, prawns overcooked and everything underwhelming. Plastic table covers gave down market feel, although the bill was the opposite. In fairness I didn't complain as didn't want to make an unpleasant evening of it and the staff generally... More

Popped in for lunch as this place looked interesting from the outside and they are celebrating 25 years of being in business. Staff were great but the food let them down. The swordfish had a bitter/burnt taste, the lamb on the skewers was extremely tough and over marinated. All you could taste was the lemon. The only thing I enjoyed... More

A friendly tapas bar with great service. The food is good and there is a range of drinks. It can get busy so do book if you are a large group or there is an event at the rugby ground!

This restaurant, handily located near the station, specialises in typical Spanish "tapas". These are very well prepared and tasty, and the service was quick and efficient. Apart from the "tapas" menu there is also a set menu at lunchtime which is excellent value. Highly recommended

There are not many tapas restaurants in the local area so we thought we would stop here for lunch after having previously eaten here about 10 years ago. The Tapas was not particularly good compared to other restaurants we have eaten in London and Spain, I would not recommend this restaurant to others.
