Treated by my sister to whatever of my choice for a coffee break. Went for the chocolate eclaire which was good but a bit too chocolate-y for me. Floors could be a bit cleaner !

While staying in Richmond we went here to get lunch to take to eat in the park. My husband had a baguette which he enjoyed. I choose one of their boxed salads which was nice, however it came with half a baguette which was dry and stale and inedible.

Chairs, walls, menu holders, sugar holders, floor, etc etc. Clean it all properly every day & it will be a lot nicer. Food ok, coffee ok. Flies not ok.

Love the bread and other patisserie. Always fresh tasting. The cakes are also to die for. There is also place to sip a coffee with your croissant/sandwich or cake. Have never been disappointed

a sub roll with a slice of beef and gherkins and a packet of crisps for a fiver... ridiculous! don't get me wrong the place looks great and very inviting, but for that money I would expect a lot more...

Best value when looking for coffee cake and a sandwich in Richmond. The bread was fantastic. Only negative was standing in a line to order table service would be nice.

We received outstanding customer service from Agata and Marie at the Richmond store when ordering Frasier cakes for our daughter's wedding. The cakes themselves looked absolutely stunning on the stand very kindly provided by Paul's. The hotel said it was by far the best cake they had served and the guests were so impressed with both the appearance and taste.... More

Called in for lunch, quite crowded seating but found a table. Ordered at the counter, lovely croque Monsieur and partner had a baguette. Good coffee. Quite noisy but good quality food.

Was enticed by the display the of wide range of cakes, pastries, bread and macaroons. Was weekend lunch time. Poor eating in experience, space were tied, it was canteen like tables arrangement at the inner part. Have to squeezed through chairs to get to toilet. Toilet sink too small, hence floor was wet, could do with staff checking and cleaning... More
