I purchased in advance a great offer from Amazon local for afternoon tea at Dr Fox's knowing that we have visitors coming to stay with us. We will definitely visit again when the weather is warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the view, although the inside is lovely as well, being the old Knightstone Island pavilion. The cakes and... Dr Fox's Tea-rooms is a little gem. Sited in part of the former Bath house and swimming Pool on Knightstone Island, it is a lovely little quirky place serving traditional home-cooked fare. We visited the Tea-Rooms with an Amazon Local voucher and enjoyed a wonderful Cream Teal the delicious scone came with lashings of clotted cream and jam! It was... More

Came with a groupon deal and enjoyed a great view of over Weston sea front and the sea. Huge scones risen to falling over, served warm with cream and jam, plus loose tea. Absolutely lovely. Noticed more great looking cakes in cabinet, will return as was to full to consider more to eat. Great spot. Great waiter too.

We have had breakfasts, afternoon tea with groupon or amazon vouchers, or sometimes just popped in for a pot of tea, and we have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful !

Have been here on several occasions. Went recently on Mothers Day and have used Groupon. Very good quality food compared to other tea rooms in and around Weston. The afternoon tea is the best. Good quality generous fillings and plenty of choice. Fresh hot scones the ideal West Country offering of a cream tea and reasonably priced. The staff don't... More

Visited tearooms which are very nice and on previous visits, food always nice. There were only three tables full so we asked the waitress if we could have an afternoon tea using our groupon voucher. She checked with the owner who we heard tersely saying "not if they haven't given us 24 hours notice no"! Whilst we understand there are... More

Went in to take the mums out for an afternoon tea in Mother's Day. Food tasted lovely and cakes and scones were great but there wasn't enough sandwiches for 5 people. There were approx 10-12 quarters which works out just over half a samwich each. Not great really for £12 per person. As regular customers I feel it puts me... More

I haven't been out to Knightstone Island for years but we had a Groupon for a cream tea at Dr Fox's so went there to refuel between finishing a lunchtime dance class and starting the weekly shop. The scones were so big that we had nothing else between breakfast and dinner and the tea was loose leaf and came in... More

Such a lovely tea room in a fantastic setting. Staff are friendly and food is excellent. Had the afternoon cream tea for 2 from groupon. No way they could have made any money as the quality and quantitys were amazing. Well worth a visit when in weston super mare.
