Not a great choice on the menu and fairly expensive compared to other establishments across the road. Attended a retirement function way to expensive and wouldn't of filled a ten year old, the steak was like a brick and very very small

Pauline from Hargreaves B/B booked this restaurant for us and it certainly was a great choice. We had Surf & Turf and it was so good and we would recommend visiting one evening when in Bangor. S

I had a great early bird meal here with my girlfriend, starter main course and a bottle of wine all for £25. As good if not better than groupon, meal was excellent.

Travel the world but nice to be home. Only place I would go in Bangor which is clean, friendly, good food and live music. Staff great and a very relaxed. Recommend this place.

We were looking for somewhere for a quick tea after the cinema and before picking up our daughter from youth club last Saturday night. We hadn't eaten in Coyles before so thought we would give it a go. The choice over the two menus was good and we both went for 'flat iron' steak which I had never heard of... More

I had the mussels for my starter which were fantastic, nice and plump in a garlic cream with some warm bread. For my main course I ordered the lamb shank which was equally as good. The service is fast and efficient and... More

Ate here for the first time, the food was ok but slightly cold. Service was very poor as the staff failed to check on us between courses. Such a shame as its a lovely spot.

Took a number of family members here for an outing recently, and all 6 felt the food was top end, nicely presented pub food which was served in a very cosy environment beside the fire and with large portions that was more than enough to satisfy the younger hungrier appetites of the group. No fuss food cooked well and served... More

A cosy, welcoming bar which serves food on a weekday evening. Friendly, attentive staff let down by the quality of the food, especially the dessert, I expected better.

Went for a meal with family, chose to eat in the bar where its more relaxed and cosy. Food was good and reasonably priced, staff were lovely
