Excellent food and service

This is my favourite restaurant in Bangor and I'm a regular. Food is consistently good and portions generous. Great value for money. Quirky decor, nice ambiance and super friendly. Love the fun teapots of cocktails and great happy hour deals available. Only downside is the exterior - a real eyesore... read more

My wife and I spent a couple of weeks in Bangor recently. While there we enjoyed the Rabbit Rooms several times with family and newly found friends. The mussels and ribs are fantastic. And yet I, on my last night in town, had to have one of gheir hamburgers. Also very good. Thank you!

A surprise pleasure. An unpredisposing entrance to the first floor restaurant. Seated with a view over the marina this is a good spot to chill. Service efficient and friendly. Monday evening the Mussel pot was half price so not a hard choice. For main I went to the burger selection and picked the Messi burger. Definitely a recommendation as great... More

Was here for a spot of lunch while doing some shopping in Bangor. The food was good, the burgers were very good, as were the chips. Nice atmosphere and staff. Recommend visiting. Some dishes on the menu can be slightly pricey.

Why do so many bars in NI look so uninviting from the outside?! Lol The Rabbit Rooms is another but we went there based on a recommendation from earlier that day....and so glad we did. The charm and character of this place ooze out of every corner. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the staff are fantastic. Saturday night,... More
