I have never eaten in this chain of restaurants before and will probably not do so again. I know it is American themed so maybe it is not my sort of food. I had hotdog and fries both were not very hot so got cold quite soon, my travelling companion had fish and chips, the fish was totally over cooked... More

We arrived on a cold wet day, were welcomed immediately by Ian, a very very pleasant young man. He showed us to a table, gave us menus, asked what we wanted to drink and would we like any garlic bread or dough balls whilst we decided on the menus. The cheesy garlic bread we chose was superb, we both agreed... More

food was disgusting and undercooked, also extremely over priced for the little you get. Staff were friendly but very slow especially at the bar.

Went here for an early Sunday lunch. Went in and unsure of the protocol stood by the door for a couple of minutes waiting to be seated. We were seen by the barman but weren't acknowledged. We went to sit down. Once we were seated a couple entered and a server appeared and they were seated almost immediately. I went... More

Having eaten in and always enjoyed F&B in several other areas, I thought this would be of the same high standard. Sadly not. We asked for our starter and mains to be brought together as we had a train in forty minutes. It wasn't very busy but they managed to bring the food giving us about ten minutes to eat.... More

I visited our local restaurant as a special treat for my daughter whilst her brother was staying with my parents for the week. It turned out to put us all in a bad mood! The food was absolutely atrocious, this is not the first time to this restaurant but it has slowly gone down hill and I'm sorry to say... More

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food here as I didn't wait around long enough to be served. This is because I would be still waiting there now, starving to death, if I had waited for someone to come and serve our table. Upon arriving we were ignored by at least three servers as we waited to be seated, unsure of... More
