Gossiping staff member put me off my food

I am currently sitting in the brewers fair listening to the blonde staff me Bet behind the bar gossiping to the third member of staff and moaning about other staff. When I came into the restaurant I approached said member of staff to order food. To be completely honest she was more interested to... read more

My first visit here with my family i found it to be a very pleasant experience, the staff are all lovely and very helpful, food was delivered very fast and tasted nice. Your staff are a credit to The Brewster Fayre company. We will be back.

Had dinner and breakfast here as part of a hotel stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. At dinner, the staff was very honest telling me that my food was dropped on the floor so I had to wait. As my colleagues had finished their food, my plate finally arrived. Because of this delay, I was able to get a... More

My wife had an evening meal and breakfast here while staying at the adjacent Premier Inn. I took out the meal deal, which was good value. Dinner was fine but the self service breakfast at best tepid.

Been here regularly and found it a hit or a miss.tried it again when new menu came out only to be told they didn't do Balmoral chicken.even though it's on their menu. Complained twice to their complaints dept, told to expect reply within ten days.still waiting. So if complaints dept don't care why should staff etc

We stayed in the Premier Inn next door and had breakfast here the following morning. Paid for a cooked breakfast which meant my daughters could eat for free. Great selection of continental and cooked items, juices and tea/coffee. Playpark outside for the nice evenings and days. pleny of tables outside too.

Food is decent enough - burgers, chips, pasta. As with other Brewers Fayre you can be cursed with something that has obviously been aggressively microwaved and is just hot and slightly tasteless bordering on a bit more expensive than it should be. Still, very close to the hotel. Clean. Plenty of space. Seats with plugs for laptops. Very friendly and... More

Went here for a meal as staying in area. They have different theme nights with an all you can eat buffet. Went on a Friday where it was chip shop night.quite a good selection and good value for money.

Food was of good quality. First night service was quick but 2nd night not so good, however this can happen and they were very busy. We also ate here for breakfast which was good value(kids eat free). Would be quite happy to visit here again if in the area.
