Good value but a bit boring

Took my daughter for a quick dinner in the week and the restaurant was fairly empty. Everything is clean and tidy and you can't fault the staff or service It is the food that lets it down. We had the chefs counter and were not inspired at all which is such a shame. Desserts were tastier though!

Dined here 3 times whilst on a trip to Scotland. This is a typical chain pub affair. That is not to sound derogatory. The Pub is clean, tidy and spacious, the food is very typical of a pub chain, but of a high standard. Hot and well cooked. Prices are fair, nothing to complain about. Enjoyed our visits.

We visited the Pirnhall Inn last weekend after taking our son to Glasgow Airport for his flight to USA. We arrived at the Pirnhall at 7am to be welcomed by staff member Joe who was very friendly and helpful, explaining the types of breakfast we could have. We were shown to a lovely table and asked to help ourselves to... More

Really, it's what you expect from one of these places. Had the more expensive bangers and mash. The potatoes reminded me a bit on smash, the gravy and sausages didn't have much taste, and the cabbage was dried shrivelled green stuff. Why no peas by the way?

Lovely staff. Great food Great prices. Good all round. Made our holiday even more enjoyable. Across from our accommodation at barn lodge. We had several meals there.

We ate here in conjunction with the adjacent Premier Inn. The pub is located right next to a Premier Inn just by junction 9 of the M9 close to Stirling. The pub has a childrens play area and some scattered outdoor seating, inside there is a main bar and small area for drinking. There is a circular area and a... More

Decided to have lunch here today having always passed it by previously. Pleasantly surprised with the overall experience, the food was fresh and delivered piping hot and by friendly staff. I was surprised at the cost due to the fact that the dishes we picked were included in the offer of 2 for £10 and then we decided on a... More

I am currently sitting in the brewers fair listening to the blonde staff me Bet behind the bar gossiping to the third member of staff and moaning about other staff. When I came into the restaurant I approached said member of staff to order food. To be completely honest she was more interested to use her cloth than engage with... More

My first visit here with my family i found it to be a very pleasant experience, the staff are all lovely and very helpful, food was delivered very fast and tasted nice. Your staff are a credit to The Brewster Fayre company. We will be back.

Had dinner and breakfast here as part of a hotel stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. At dinner, the staff was very honest telling me that my food was dropped on the floor so I had to wait. As my colleagues had finished their food, my plate finally arrived. Because of this delay, I was able to get a... More
