This is not a restaurant. Stopped here hoping to grab a beer and some pub grub. Good old fashioned boozer but no food on offer had a pint and left.

What a Great Pub to hang out in Live Music. Also let it be noted that the restrooms have been completely overhauled! So the previous posts about bath bathroom are null and void. Lol

free wifi. A choice of scottish ales which were well kept. Wednesday night locals gathered for a jamming session playing and singing traditional folk music. Worth a visit

I loved this pub. It was cosy, cheap, had free WiFi and served the best Tennants I have had. Yeah the toilets were a bit basic but they were clean.

I go to the Settle inn any time I am in Stirling for the evening. The pub boasts of being the " Auldest Pub In Stirling ". It is, unfortunately the toilets are the same. The gents had no toilet roll, no toilet roll holder and the lock was a piece of wire which had to be looped over the... More

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the authenticity of an old pub but what really impressed me was one of the girls working there.. as I did not know the Scottish beers they served, she allowed me to taste 3 of them to choose!

Visited this fantastic venue on a cold Wednesday evening. The roaring open fire was a welcoming sight. The live Folk Music in the rear 'cavern' was in full swing. The place was crammed full of very talented musicians. The variety of musical instruments was amazing including a concertina, the spoons, mouth organ, penny whistle etc etc. the list was almost... Great historical pub set just a couple of minutes from the centre of Stirling. The oldest pub in Stirling and certainly through the back into the cavern you can see this. Usually have something on most nights such as folk music, open mic, dominoes competitions etc. They usually have a decent selection of local ales on the handpumps as well... More
