But at the bothy the sandwiches are stuffed full of filling the combos are different, the service is good and the food is consistently good! I love getting lunch here! The crunchy slice is very tasty! I highly... More

Stopped for lunch after climbing Dumyat. The start of one of the paths being only a couple of hundred yards away. Although the place was very busy the staff were well organised and helpful. The food was excellent; we had the homemade soup followed by the delicious home baking.

From start to finish we had a good experience. Food was tasty and freshly made with lovely ingredeints, staff were very friendly without being intrusive. I took my four year old son with me and they chatted to him and engaged with him. Definitely worth a visit for the fresh produce, friendly staff and even the beautiful furniture they sell.

Great place to stop off and refuel when out and about on the bike. I haven't really sampled the menu fully here as I just dropped in for a cup tea and a scone while cycling, excellent by the way. Staff were very friendly and the service good. Perhaps I missed it and if I did apologies, but a rack... More

This is a busy wee cafe. Fairly well organised - ticket system to allocate tables if there is none free when you arrive. Lots of tables crammed in, so not much room, but not surprising when it is so busy. A little chaotic - the staff were not all aware of when the soup choices changed. Macaroni cheese was very... Its a good place but there are always queues and its a bit overpriced. They also have less choice than my last visit. But overall nice
