Nachos with haggis - epic

Much loved by locals, the Coffee Bothy usually provides tasty food. Last time I went, I had the Nachos with Haggis, and I didn't eat for the rest of the day. Fantastic food. Busy at peak times. Always a good sign!

The Coffee Bothy is slightly off the main road through the Hillfoot towns but is really enjoyable. It is beautifully situated with stunning views of the Ochil hills. The squidgy coconut cake I had was gluten-free and delicious. The shortbread round my companion had was enormous and much appreciated by my companion and the dog! What is really difficult is... Set in a great location near Wallace Monument and the Ochil hills; my favourite place to eat out in Stirling. It isn't open at night for dinner; which is just as well for me as I would be there far too often! The quality of food & service speak for themselves really as sometimes there is a queue and you... The coffee bothy is consistently of a high standard. The food is very good quality and very good value. The staff are always friendly, professional and nothing is a problem. There is also a good selection of gluten free. The shop also has a great selection of foods, gifts and furniture. Well worth a visit.

We were recommended to come to the Coffee Bothy and had been wanting to do so for some time. Decided to have a run through the country and have lunch. Although the portions are large, I would not say it was either great value or that tasty. There is certainly better farm type restaurants around which are better.

We visited today for the first time. A good size car park with disabled parking also available. Lovely view of the Ochils and also Wallace Monument! We were greeted by staff and shown to a table. Our order was taken promptly! There is enough selection on the menu and also a couple of specials (see my photos). The food was... More

One of my favourite places to go for a light snack or coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the lunch menu is wide and varied. The home made soup is delicious. Not only does the shop stock a wide variety of fresh produce but their frozen counter has excellent meals, whether for individual or multiple servings. I have... More

This is as name says a coffee shop in a farm. Rural setting. Farm shop etc makes a different experience. Food is all freshly cooked, lain, simple and delicious. Don't get there too late or your 1st choice of cakes will be gone. Went in spring and the lambs in adjacent field gave great entertainment.
