Description: Mulberry Restaurant is based in the historic Langshott Manor hotel, near to Gatwick. But this is as far away from airport hotels and aeroplane food as you’re likely to get around here, Mulberry means gourmet food in gourmet surroundings. Set in a restored sixteenth century manor house, the restaurant is bedecked in regal red and green, swagged window dressings frame the view over the picturesque Surrey garden and gleaming glass and crisp linen set the scene. The menu is created often using produce grown in Langshott’s own kitchen garden and combines traditional methods with a fresh injection of modernity while a 140 bin wine list makes sure your meal really takes off.

Well worth a visit. We ate from the tasting menu but as and when we return I'll be interested to try the a la carte menu.

Beautiful old tudor style building down a country lane. Restaurant smart, overlooking the old fashioned garden and duck pond, with unobtrusive but attentive waiting staff. Excelllent lunch with good menu and attractively served. A birthday luncheon treat which certainly measured up. Will look forward to dining there again.

We went in January when the weather was very poor, which made the access road (already in very poor condition) almost impassable. The food was ok and good value, but not worth going out of your way for. The restaurant itself seemed in need of minor refurbishment & the wall decorations didn't qualify as art in our opinion.

We booked in here for my birthday lunch, it was simply 1st class from start to finish.. Excellent staff need a special mention, polite, professional and smart. We have now eaten in pretty much every restaurant on business/pleasure in the Horley/Crawley area and without doubt this is the best.. This time it was lunch and last time evening meal, both... More

Very nice setting , great staff , the food was a little disappointing , good attention to detail , beautifully presented just lacked the final finish , the little canapés that come before the meal was confusing , that said the meal was ok , we decided not to have a pudding as nothing we say we liked the sound... Booked Sunday lunch here at langshott manor for my mums birthday. Hotel and restaurant are beautiful. We were sat on a table over looking the lake. We had looked at the menu online and more or less picked what we would have, when we got there they told us the menu changes every week, so this would need to be... More

Beautifully produced, executed and presented food but the portion size would certainly not make you fat......just a little on the mean size. The flavours were really exquisite and worth taking the time to savour. The wine list not cheap but not unreasonably priced and happily wine by the glass as well as by the bottle. Do go and enjoy the... More
