Lovely meal

Pre booked prior to flying out of Gatwick North Terminal. Taxi fare £8.00 each way. Meal lovely. Be careful of low beams. Service very good.

Our last visit was excellent, so we returned before our trip to the States.I wish we hadn't of bothered! The food choice was poor with half the menu missing and what was served was pretty awful. The manager did deal with the problems but it has to be said it shouldn't have got that far. As far as I can... More

My wife & I dined here recently as a result of a bit of research when trying to avoid Gatwick airport hotel food. The restaurant was a matter of a few minutes away from the Holiday Inn and we gambled on not making an earlier reservation due to uncertainty over our travel time down from the Midlands. We were lucky... More

My wife and I went with another couple on a Thursday. I am glad we had booked as the place was very busy. We have previously been to another of the Vintage Inns in Crawley. I had cod and chips with mushy peas and a crumble to finish. The food was very good with excellent attentive service. Being a Gourmet... More

The food was well prepared and presented, and like all Vintage Inns, value for money.. The waitress was lovely - hope she had a safe delivery of the imminent baby!

The restaurant full full early on a Thursday evening, so seems popular - and deservedly. Drinks arrived speedily, and just as ordered; we were given enough time to browse the menu and were able to ask questions about it - these were answered to our satisfaction. The food was hot and tasty. Puds good, too. We were not hurried and... More

This is a pleasant pub with a varied menu which is a good place to visit the night before flying off from the nearby airport. Characterful bars and pleasant service. Rather spoiled when we visited by an absence of heating. Apparently parts were needed for the boiler and had been like this for a week. Can't Vintage Inns afford to... More

Booked a table to meet someone coming in from the airport on Saturday. Went with my 4 year old and 1 year old. Lovely English Pub with lovely food, friendly service, open fire, great cask ales and great value food. Really enjoyed it.

Visited many times for a drink and have dined a few times . We are a local family who love this pub for a drink, but for food it always very average quality and very poor service. It always feels like they know they will always be full so there is no worries about returning custom. Look after your locals... More
