Service was poor and not the most welcoming. Most dishes had an odd, perfumed taste - not pleasant. Poppodums were stale. Not sure why it is rated so highly rated by others? We will not be returning.

I know I've written reviews for Jai Ho before, but was there last Friday for a girls night out and again last night for my daughters birthday. The food is quite simply stunning & the service excellent Tried so many new dishes recently totally spoilt for choice. Got a biggish Birthday on the horizon, guess where we'll be??

One of the best Indian meals I’ve ever had. Sam took great care of us and made some incredible recommendations. Started off with the mixed tandoori and an ice cold pint from the bar then on to a variety traditional dishes including a butter chicken and fish curry with lemon rice (Sam’s recommendation). Everything tasted fantastic! Nice ambiance, friendly staff,... More

Ate here with a mate last night and boy was the food good. We had a couple of the traditional dishes and tried a couple of the specials. Absolutely fantastic and well worth a visit!

Lovely restaurant, fantastic welcome and well mannered staff. Food was amazing although we had a long wait due to some large parties that evening. We didn't feel the need to complain but the management expressed apologies irrespective of that. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again

My husband and I visited the restaurant this evening whilst staying in Gatwick overnight. Jai Ho is in a convenient location if flying from Gatwick Airport with car parking at the rear. The food was delicious, especially the nann bread, thin, crispy and pre cut which was a nice touch. As massive lovers of a chutney tray we were a... More

Certainly by far the best Indian restaurant in the Horley / Gatwick area that I have visited. As a regular visitor, the food has always without exception been superb - what makes it stand out for me is the unique twists on the classic dishes and the small details (such as the mild spices in the mango chutney served with... When we visted we were disappointed to find we couldn't get a table, however the accommodating owner tried his hardest. In the end we decided to order a take-away, his recommendations for the currys were fantastic . Best curry we've ever had, very good experience overall; would recommend and will be returning!! Many thanks from the family visting Calpe:)

I visit Jai Ho on a regular basis and recommend it to all my friends who have never had a complaint either! The food is always fresh and tasty and their Chilli Paneer is to die for! I disagree with those people who think the staff is disengaged: the staff is always friendly, helpful and ready to accommodate any request.... More
