Used to come here regularly when food and atmosphere were equally fabulous, came back after three years away. Food was awful, why would you serve coleslaw with gravy? And overpriced, Its a real shame. Staff friendly but haven't a clue, cutlery got forgotten, food order got mixed up and forgotten. Really sad as it used to be brilliant real shame!!!

I took my mother for a birthday meal here. There was a slight confusion on ordering food at the bar as my mother has a dairy and wheat allergy, the young boy taking the order was lovely but obviously did not know the menu and gave the wrong information on the meal we ordered for my mother. We were assured... More

We went in because it advertised sunniest beer garden, so in we went but it was full of smokers, so we went inside to eat. The menu was dirty and you had to order at the bar, neither of the staff seemed overly bothered. We both had crab sandwiches, but I'm afraid the bread was slightly stale, but full of... More

Looking around Tenby for somewhere to eat, we found this wonderful place. We both chose fish meals and they were huge and very tasty. The price is very reasonable and with good beer and wine, friendly staff and a good atmosphere, I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Just come back from a weeks break in Tenby, we called for a drink one lunch time, on seeing the meals we made a concerted effort to go for a meal. Omg we both had a curry, half and half. To say they are gut busters is an understatement, I was virtually stalled, the meals were very tasty and the... More

Sat out the garden in the sun. Food was lovely and large portions. I had Cajun chicken, with a large jacket potato. My friend had fish and chips, which was lovely. Seagulls made an appearance on a table behind us, that hadn't been cleared, but the staff were quick to act. The price guide of £0- £7 should be changed... More

I can definitely recommend The Buccaneer if you like good food and plenty of it. A rustic pub with a great fire glowing, remember this is February! Plenty of choice on the menu. A lot of locally grown. If you like good food, this is the place to visit.
