Service and quality excellent. Not the cheapest in Tenby but worth it. Good choice on the menu, staff excellent.

decided to go here for sunday lunch as we used to visit here a lot and the food used to be great, but not anymore, we were the only people dining here and the food was cold and not very tasty, also the waitress was rude when we complained therefore will not be going here again
As above. Very quiet. Only US and another couple eating potato and leak soup duck and steak and proffieroles and fudge cake were lovely. Drinks were quite cheap. Also able to take drinks up to hotel room. Friendly staff. Had a lovely chat with them all. Ideal place to go whilst stay in at the hotel.
If you want to eat overpriced good quality microwave food, then youre in the right place, but dont expect any kind of atmosphere. Well cooked t bone but menu a little too complex and muddled for staff levels. Atmosphere slightly sterile but peaceful compared to most Tenby places
We've been here a few times and we always get good quality food,so this time we took our son with us for him to try,and he really enjoyed. My husband always has the mixed grill which he says is the best,i had the chicken and asparagus which was fantastic and our son had pizza on our first visit and scampi...

And you will be surprised at the quality, quantity and price of a Sunday lunch. The staff were delightful and there was a genuine sense of caring for customer service. It was our first wedding anniversary and we loved our lunch date here. Highly recommend.
If you like staff that do not dress appropriately, that do not put the customer first and provide cheap cutlery and wine glasses then this is the place to eat. The food was however fantastic. The chef cooked the steak perfectly and the pate was out of this world.
Serving staff need to where shoes and not trainers and I...

If your wandering around Tenby and are sick of fish and chips try the food at this hotel, it is fab. We went there for Sunday lunch and it was beautiful. Plenty of meat and the veg tasted like veg!!! I am a ceoliac (gluten free) and the chef was more than pleased to make up some gravy for me...
