My wife and I had a take-away on Friday 13th and definitely suffered bad luck. We have had many excellent meals here in the past but not this time. My fish was dry, the batter very chewyand half of the chips were still white. My wife said that the cheese on her jacket potato appeared to be processed. Gunner, my... More

Traditional fish and chip shop. Best to sit in otherwise the seagulls will have your fish supper! Can be a bit pricey however well worth a visit if you are visiting Ilfracombe.

Lovely takeaway food. We had planned to have a fish supper from the fish and chip shop local to our campsite in Mortehoe. Unfortunately they were closed as was the one in the next village! A quick phone call to Maddys sorted us out and the lovely girls in there served us a very welcome supper albeit an hour later... More

The best fish and chips...not greasy, really light batter, good portion and reasonably priced. Eat in or takeaway.
