Surprisingly good

Went on a blustery day and was looking for somewhere to shelter out of the wind. Ordered the fish, chips and peas special and it was really great. Some of the best fish I've ever had!

Fast..Clean.. Friendly.. Fair prices. The cod was HUGE.. the size of the plate..and only lightly battered in a wonderful crispy delight.. My Dad had the haddock... that was even bigger .We all had a good laugh at the portion sizes..but managed to gobble up every last bite..Chips were heavenly too.A must side order the mushy peas.. So don't miss out... More

I think these are probably the best fish and chips I have eaten. On first glance the menu seems a bit pricy but the quality of the food stands up to it. If we are ever I the area again we will be back!

Best fish and chips ever! They'll even cook the fish to your liking: fried, poached, or grilled. Old fashioned quality. We liked the little seaside buckets that the sauces arrive in.
