Nice lunch, good value

Just waddled out after a Fisherman's special (cod/haddock with mushy peas and pot of tea) for £7.60. Freshly fried and lots of happy customers from where I was sat. Thanks to the Fryers!

We visited here on Tuesday 27th October 2015, we ate inside it is very clean but cold. The staff were quite friendly but appeared very anxious when we ordered a plain season free pepperoni pizza for a fussy child, a large chicken pizza a chicken wrap and cheesy chips with 3 drinks. Our meal did not take long to come.... More

We visited this restaurant on our first night of a recent break in Ilfracombe. The Cod & Chips were cooked lovely, I ask beforehand if there were any bones in the fish? and was told clearly NO and there wasn't. We would definitely go again if in Ilfracombe.

We came here for a takeaway dinner to eat by the sea on Saturday 26th September evening. We ordered cod and chips, and although we had to wait a little longer than expected for them, they were probably the best fish and chips we've ever had. The batter was delicious, not too heavy so you didn't feel fit to burst... More

Our family all enjoyed their takeaway fish and chips, freshly prepared, a good size and extremely tasty. Friendly service too and a great view of the sea as you wait as it is ideally situated on the promenade. Well worth a visit!
