Description: The Garlic Farm is all about garlic...We've been growing garlic on the Isle of Wight for over 30 years now and are the UK's largest specialist garlic grower. We are proud of our exceptional quality garlic which is renowned for its flavour, keeping quality and beauty. You only have to try our latest crop to see what we mean. We sell our garlic through our farm shop, farmers' markets, our website and through specialist food retailers across the UK including farm shops and delicatessens. Our garlic is not available in supermarkets. We welcome visitors to our farm shop and cafe on the Isle of Wight. Both have been constructed from Macrocarpa pine grown on the farm. All our garlic and farm-made products are also available on our website.

The Garlic Farm was a bit difficult to find but worth the effort when you get there. Nice food, pleasant staff and a farm shop with everything garlic to browse after your meal, they even have Garlic Beer.

The garlic farm is buried deep in the isle of wight countryside complete with red squirrels although they were a bit shy during our visit! Lunch is of course garlic based with recipes featuring the amazing bulb. The reason for the visit was to view the art show by the isle of wight art club which was good. Back in... More

This is a wonderful, rather smart cafe for an upmarket lunch. The food is wonderfully cooked and presented, we had macaroni and cauliflower cheese which was really very pleasant. The surroundings are rustic and comfortable with the added bonus of a wonderful view including bold red squirrels stealing nuts from the bird feeder placed for them.

Although we only shared some chips with garlic mayonnaise, and garlic bread, it was amazing. Plus, we got to eat our snacks while watching a Red Squirrel eat hazelnuts. Brilliant! Very friendly staff too.

Wasn't sure what to expect from our visit to The Garlic Farm as I had read previous reviews and couldn't really work out how a garlic farm could be so fabulous. On arrival the farm seemed really welcoming, with log fires burning in the cafe and restaurant, shop was really spacious and had lots of products on offer. The farm... More

Until we visited were not aware of all the different types of garlic that were grown. We watched a very informative video. We had a very tastey snack and drink in their café. We purchased some garlic and had to leave it in the car as we didn't think the B & B would appreciate the garlic smell, but we... More

A large area of land preserved in a natural state with lots of giant chickens and vegetables. Fantastic restaurant, lovely location and delicious organic farmer food. Prices are reasonable, and certainly worth it.

plenty of garlic abounding but cafe had very poor selection of 'snacks' and restaurant had no scones. Apparently afternoon tea is 'seasonal' ???!!! so there were none. In October - really ?? just the time to tuck into an afternoon tea I would have thought

Third time I have eaten here now and there is still nothing that I can fault with it. Lunch again was outstanding this time I attempted the garlic platter on my own! I stank for weeks ;-) the shop is still a delight with the added addition of black garlic! Outside there were birds of pray and you could walk... More

If you love garlic you'll love the garlic farm. Sadly we were running out of time before catching our ferry to the mainland so didn't eat in the restaurant but we did sample the tasters and buy some chutneys - very yummy. Hope to return next year and spend longer.
