Had a wonderful xmas meal last night with friends, three courses for £16.95 plus a glass of fizz on arrival! All courses looked carefully prepared and tasted fantastic. Lovely staff and festive atmosphere. Look forward to the next time!

Went along for some food with the wife to the Red House and it was lovely. Great choice of beers to start with and a great menu to choose from. My wife went for Goats Cheese for starter and I had King Scallops with black pudding. Both were delicious. Mains of Steak with chips and Chicken Breast with parmesan sauce... More

Nice food. Appalling service. Waited over an hour for meal. Poor service last time we visited but thought we would try again. No third chance.

We went for Sunday Lunch. Pleasant welcome by staff and we ordered. We then waited 45 minutes before our meal arrived. Several people were asking how much longer they would have to wait. The beef was lovely and tender and most of the meal was well cooked, but it was not hot, only warm. There was a good selection of... More

Used to eat here regularly but seemed to lose its way so have not been for a while. Heard a few people saying it was much improved so decided to give it another try. So pleased we did. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. The food was lovely. Well presented and tasty. Not the cheapest but fresh good quality food. We... More
