Visited today party of 8. Three children under 7 with us. Walked in firstly the noise from the music hit me it was too loud. My granddaughter who wears hearing aids was upset because she could not hear her mum for the noise. Staff could not hear us properly as music was too loud and we could not really have... More

We came up to the area from the South Coast. We stayed in a nice b&b but ate out for three nights. We stumbled across Sambucas on the first night. It advertised pizza at £3.95 but also had a great alternative menu. The fillet steak was to die for. I have no problem paying more for a decent meal but... More

We visited this restaurant on our guesthouse recommendation and were not disappointed. In fact we were in Newcastle for 3 nights and ate all 3 nights here. The food was great but I have to agree with a previous review that the desserts were not great but we had the ice cream which was cheap but good quality. The staff... More

Do not be tempted by the fact it is ridiculously cheap... If its too good to be true... £3.95 for 2 courses.. No thank you! Do you not wonder why!? You simply could not produce good quality food for that price! On a couple of occasions i have ate here (not my choice) and twice I have been extremely ill... More

We were shopping in Whitley Bay around lunchtime and decided to call in for a pizza. The place had only opened a few minutes earlier and it was great to see so many young families which gave the place atmosphere for a lunchtime. The place does not disguise itself as being something it is not. It is a place which... More

If you are wanting a full A La Carte experience, don't come here. If you are after a cheap dinner with friendsor family, then this hits the nail on the head. Good portions, good prices, big enough money and fantastic special offers.
