One of our group was celebrating her 80th birthday and I rang a few days before to see if they could make a whole pavlova for our dessert as we didn't want cake. They were more than helpful. The lunch was tasty. The only bugbear was the plates the caesar salads were served on. Totally inadequate and impractical. They were... More

on our last visit 2/6/14 we found front of house man Padraig to be very helpful both in table placement knowledge of menu and his rapore with rest of staff , the menu is varied enough and portions good with food delivered hot when needed and impressive on the plate , overall a nice visit for us

Whilst out for a drive a few weeks ago we called at the CULTRA INN for an evening meal. We had no booking but we were shown to a nice table for two. This restaurant is part of the Hastings Hotels Group and is part of the Culloden Hotel Complex. The staff were pleasant and the food was of a... More

We stopped for a quick lunch to the Cultra, somewhere I'd last visited in the late 70's, and boy has it changed. It's really lovely, extremely well decorated with pleasant staff and absolutely delicious food. I'd eaten so many chips that I was in fear of turning into one so went for the Dexter Meatballs served with Mac & Cheese... More

The causeways chips were hard. The beer was poor. They still charged me. The beer never in the right glass.

I had dinner at Cultra Inn. The pub has a nice atmosphere. The staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately the food was extremely poor.

Went to the Cultra Inn for a midweek dinner. My husband and I both had steak. It was fine but not particularly delicious. I found the experience fine but no better than that. When family suggested the cultra inn again a few days later for lunch I was happy to give it another try. Again I found it disappointing. No... More

Visited for a Sunday carvery with family. The food was plentiful and one could eat as much started and dessert as one liked. The main was choice of meats. Atmosphere was good and the grounds were very nice. Would return.

Disappointing food, inattentive but polite service. Starters: My brie wedges was poor and tasteless, wife enjoyed her pate, teenagers soup and chicken Caeser salad were good. Ordered garlic bread and shoestring sweet potato for starters for the 2 toddlers but got 2 portions of garlic bread - didn't mention it as they both like garlic bread so no big issue... More
