Two had the ham egg and chips I plumped for the burger with pulled pork and my daughter had the ploughmans from the children's menu. All very tasty... More

On a Tuesday Night in late September my wife and I followed TA advice and came here for an evening meal noting in passing that three potential competitors, all well up in the TA ratings were respectively; closed for the night, closed permanently and closed for a two week holiday. Whilst the Palm Tree looks modest and unassuming the reality... More

Paignton ended up being the town that happened to provide a bed for the night...arriving late afternoon and leaving early the next morning. There appeared to be quite a lot of 'tack' on the sea front as far as eating options were concerned so I determined that I would instead drive to a large supermarket and buy a salad or... More

We had had belly pork for our mains and it was delicious as was the banoffee pudding! The restaurant itself it lovely and the service was excellent. The young... More

A guest that stayed with me told me about the chef's special of two rump steak meals and a bottle of wine for £25, so after reading the reviews we thought we would have a meal. We both really enjoyed the steaks, lovely sauces and... More

We saw this restaurant online when looking for somewhere to eat because we don't live in Paignton. The menu seemed nice and then I read the reviews on Trip Advisor so we decided to book. The restaurant is small and very personal. The waitress had a great personality. The food was fantastic. My wife even said that she had fallen... More
